Leake Contracting takes pride in its finished work and we have the range of equipment necessary to facilitate that work being completed efficiently and on time. The recent setup of our six metre earthmoving scoop to automatic lazer operation allows us to complete siteworks to a very fine tolerance. All our gear can be lazer guided but the automatic configuration of the scoop is at a different level again.

Leake Contracting has grown from its home in the hills of East Taranaki to become a medium sized multi diciplinary company. We have the equipment and the staff to enable us to do the small, as well as the big earthmoving jobs..

Although still at home in the rural hills and valleys, we now also specialise in a large range of civil contracting work.
The laying of certified fill in difficult conditions and the subsequent laying of the services and then the final site trim, to a very fine tolerance, is all taken in our stride.

Our forestry work is usually undertaken on hills that range from the steep to the very steep but we can still punch through a road that lays within the gradient ratios demanded on modern safe sites. From untamed hills to metalled logging roads, we do it all.

We have the equipment and expertise to finish off all our jobs in a neat and orderly fashion.
